Canceling a one-way UA award after passenger flew one-way
« on: April 17, 2012, 08:52:20 PM »
After having a RT on UA, and passenger has flewn one-way, will they redeposit the 60k of the return flight if he cancels now.

Called in UA 6 times about this. 3 reps told me that it's possible, and other 3 told me it's not possible. Anyone here with experience.

Dif rules for OW than RT, so would be amazing if u can. Also, with UA now, even if you're supposed to get a refund its a big YMMV (maybe the 4/15 resweep resolved it, dunno).
