Anyone know anything about Elkins Park, PA?  I see they have an eruv map online and the properties look big and inexpensive.

Yardley,PA is beautiful and has 2 shuls but good luck finding a house for less than 500k

There's a Mikva there http://ourkehilla.homestead.com/mikvak1.html so I guess there must be some frum people, and I think there's a small Yeshiva. Definitely a very small place though.

I believe both Yardley and Bensalem are expensive as they are suburbs of Philly.
