Reaching spending requirements

1. Is there anything like FR or A/A with citi that I should be worried about using ap
2. If I charge refundable hotel rooms to the card and cancel the stays after getting signup bonus, will citi claw back the signup bonus?

1. I'm sure they have a similar department, but haven't heard reports of it being as aggressive as either Chase or AmEx.
2. Very unlikely though I think it officially remains possibility.
