Spg 3k spent got 25K Starwood points

I have a Starwood annex card and I spent 3k in 3 months and on the Spg.com website shows that I have 28000 points isn't I supposed to get it if I spend 5k?
Should I stool spend up to 5k or they will realize?

how are the deposits split up in the SPG account and what does it say by them?
