Atantis Harbour Side Resort

Hi,

I have a 1 bedroom villa reserved the Atlantis Harbor Side this week (Sept 7-14) 4 person occupancy, that means you get 4 wrist bands into there water park and full usage of all the Atlantis amenities. I was there in Feb its the most amazing place in the world. What I also found great about Harbor side is that its the only Atlantis property that has porches so you can grill, washer/dryer and full kitchen etc... Unfortunately I wont be able to make it and its non refundable (but they do let me switch the peoples name) If I wanted to give/sell it to someone.
I will be selling it at a pretty big discount as I know its last minute, and Id rather recover something better than nothing (I'm not a "Chazer")
If you search online for the dates I have Kayak as well as www.atlantis.com it is selling it for $4087.20 tax included.

Im asking for $2000.00 tax included (if 4 friends go its 500.00 for the week which I think is a pretty awsome deal for this property-just a thought)

You have a fundamental mistake. You're comparing it to these dates on kayak, but going on these dates is likely a disadvantage. You must compete with the prices on dates we want to go, and if it's cheap enough, we'll go now instead.

Granted, if this is the cheapest price of the year, you are right and I am wrong.

$3,653 for your stay period on atlantis.com, so a true 50% discount would be $1826.50

Still, if someone could pull it off, seems like a good deal, especially if it could be split (I'm not seeing how that'd be comfortably possible with two couples, but perhaps with a few friends).

Have you tried emailing them about changing the date or getting some money back in the form of  a gc
