I dont know what your name is but I am pretty sure AmeX doesn't look at what you look like when they close down your cards...

The Plaintiffs lost the motion to remand the case back to NY state court, so BA won this procedural battle as the case will stay in federal court.

in state court it is easier to get a plaintiff's verdict prob for a case like this, also hoping that in kings (brooklyn) county court will prob have some jew on the jury and it is easier to try and win
