I looked at my checking account this morning and it seems that verizon has debited my account 4 days before my bill is due! I looked back and it seems they are constantly taking it out earlier than they should be. When I contacted them they told me I could leave autopay (which I dont want to do... easier than remembering every month). I asked if I were to pay manually on the due date (4/21) would it be considered late and they said no? So why are you debiting my account 4 days in advance in order for it to "settle"? Any input or thoughts on this??
BTW, if you try and pay with a CC they charge the card 12 days after the bill is printed... yup 12 days... go figure
