No, it's not. You can claim miles retroactively for a few months.
No way to combine accounts that aren't in the same name. You CAN transfer miles but it costs a pretty penny and is hardly ever worth doing.

I put in a complaint to customer care over 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard back anything yet. Any ideas?
IME sometimes it takes that long. I've had luck talking to customer care on the phone before and getting compensation though it's hard to get through sometimes.
That's why it's so difficult, because there is no number. Sometimes I get reps who tell me the only way to file a complaint is online and I have to hang up and try again. Eventually after pressing random choices I end up by them. Good Luck.

Tip: i had luck telling them them that i JUST.... got disconnected from the refunds/customer care dept..... if they can please re connect me.
