My credit score is pretty solid (721/730/721) but I recently got my full credit report and the one ding I have is a payment for a purchase on my Banana Republic Credit Card back in March 2012. I bought a sweater at their store using their CC and then I completely forgot about it. I ended up paying it off 30 days late, but the damage was done and it now shows up as the lone late payment I've ever had and I've had quite a few CC's so far.
Is there any way I can get this late payment taken off my account, and if so, how? I apologize if there's a thread on this, but I looked for a bit and didn't see it.
