I tried deleting the old card from my login, tried the downloadable app, the web app, nothing helped. I called CS over a month ago, they're"working on it".

AFAIK not all Citi card will have VN. I know the AA Business doesn't while the AA Consumer does. It may very well be that the TY card doesn't have that feature....

pretty sure it does have it. website has the choice to ask for it, just bugs out when actually logging in. also when I called they didn't say it doesn't have it, they said it's an error.

I have used citi's VCN for a while now and it is ridiculously glitchy. Every so often I get "Sorry, we are unable to connect to the server at this time. Please try again." and by switching browsers/computers/isp or sometimes just waiting it lets me log on.Very frustrating because I never know the cause and it is always right when I need it.

It is a technical glitch that is caused by something and from scouring the internet I have come to understand that it is account-specific. Also, seemingly the witty people at Citi are never able to replicate the problem and don't help.

I guess it is not the same issue as the OP but I was wondering if anyone had any further insight.
