FCT is not intended for pax in transit but if you go yourself they will allow u to come in.

update for those that didnt see . i called the 800 number and they ordered the meal .

i ordered a lunch and it happend to be pretty good but the problem was they gave me the same meal + another meal on the plane.

the lounge was very cool, amazing showers - good single malt - @dan the oldest one is 21 yrs, which i had with a nice cigar in the cigar lounge.
i also ordered a porsche to take me to the plane but they didnt have it available and i got a mercedes van instead.

they never seem to have the porsche available  (i know of a few people who asked for it and were told it wasnt available even though it was sitting parked next to the van  (it seems that if they have more than 1 person they use the van rather than 2 trips)

Can I access the lounge if I'm in biz class on a 2 cabin flight?
I booked first, but it gets me the highest cabin on all segments which is biz on this segment.

Are you flying First on Lufthansa that day at all ? That may or may not help.

They will never let you in, save yourself the walk. Every flight in europe business is the highest, they would have 1000s of people there

I know read about someone who arrived in F, but was departing in J who was let in.

If Lufthansa prints your boarding pass they actually write Business on UA F

Only LH/LX F can use LH/LX F lounges and terminal. Do everything you can to change to LH F, UA F is basically like business there.

UA F is a whole lot better than LH J, but def keep looking for LH F.
