+100. although the info desk right when i landed told me where it was, but when i got lost trying to find it it took a few reps to find it

If I am flying biz class, is there any way to determine which lounge I am going to be in?
As well, If I am flying first with Thai air from Frankfur to BKK will they let me in to FCT?
