If I am flying biz class, is there any way to determine which lounge I am going to be in?
As well, If I am flying first with Thai air from Frankfur to BKK will they let me in to FCT?

IME, flying into FRA if you are on a single itinerary a TG F agent should be waiting for you to escort you to the SEN lounge for your layover.  When boarding time comes for the TG flight, the same (or another) TG agent will come pick you up and escort you to the TG flight.  You will not be able to access the FCT.

Flying JFK-FRA-XXX-FRA-JFK. Only the JFK-FRA-JFK is F the rest is J. So basically I'm am departing and arriving FRA in J.

Even if you can't get in on the outbound, your departing FRA in F on the inbound, so you're definitely allowed in.

FCT is actually hard to find. If you walk outside the termials, go to the left to a separate building. Good luck! Keep asking if you don't find it, but don't expect too much help.

Sorry for newbie question.  I didn't get the final result i am flying Lufthansa on united miles business class with long stopover.  Is there a lounge I can access with kosher meals etc?

You can enter the business lounge, no kosher food.

Arriving in F and continuing in J is enough. 1:40 is very short, you have to know if its worth it....

It is very short, but you manage to get lucky and get there within 20 mins or so, it's worth it to experience the car to the plane.
