Was asking because just booked BIL on LH F from JFK-FRA and at FRA there wasn't a car waiting for him, they that he has to request it.

Your BIL landed in FRA on LH F at a remote stand and they didn't have a car for him to take him to customs?

i tried. they didnt let. claimed it was porsche's rules. if you get lucky and they dont realize you are under 25 maybe. but probably a lot harder to talk your way into it then standard underage in america. (i did get it after i was 25. coolest thing in the world. 186mph)

Just re-asked he said he didn't land at a remote stand, but when asked they said you have to request it. but then again I told him when he arrived he should go to the FCT, so he asked someone at FRA they said there in only a FCL not FCT,

Then I told him to ask someone else because there is one, so he finely got someone to tell him where it is. I guess the person at FRA was a noob.

Has been that way for years. The agents in FRA must be trained to always point connecting F passengers to FCL. Even if you ask for the FCT they do not tell you where it is. Thats why there are clear directions on FT with diagrams and all of how to get there.

Well they told me I will but whatever. The biggest Chutzpah is that they denied me access to the FCL lounge even though they confirmed on the phone that I will get access since my journey already started and they even confirmed that they will have a KSML for me in the lounge.

LH ~~only~~ offers a car arriving in FRA or in MUC, only if arriving or departing a remote stand.

And flights arriving at remote stands are not set in stone. I imagine it depends on load and availability the day of.
