And all that is if your plane is on time.

I would call and request it from as many different people as i can. They messed up with me and i sat for hours with no food. You can request when ticketed, try and get the number to the lounge...

I called lufthansa and it went through fine. Was just there 2 days ago. Had breakfast and lunch in the terminal it was delicious.

Yup took the longest stop possible

there was one dish the pasta that they served on the plane they served in the terminal also.

On my trip to CPT/JNB, I relished the entire 10 hours of my stay in the FCT, including lunch and... planning our entire trip (which was booked less than 24 hours in advance).
