To the plane, yes (so long as it's a LH group flight).  From the plane no, because the FCT is not a transit terminal.  However, if you land at a remote stand you will get a private vehicle (or semi private) to take you to your next gate or the First Class Lounge or passport control etc.

I called 1-855-427-4377, from the wiki, to order KSML in the lounge and they said they keep getting these calls and they don't handle the meals in the lounge.

She had me call 1-800-645-3880, which is not a special first class number.

To the plane, yes (so long as it's a LH group flight).  From the plane no, because the FCT is not a transit terminal.  However, if you land at a remote stand you will get a private vehicle (or semi private) to take you to your next gate or the First Class Lounge or passport control etc.

They will never take you directly to the FCT, even if arriving from Schengen!! However they will take you to whichever lounge you prefer, (which would be the "B" lounge as they offer limousine service to the plane from there, as opposed to the "A" lounge) If you score a completely private vehicle, if however you get a large vehicle with other passengers, they will only take to where the bus goes.

Before I went I read tons of reviews and thought I knew everything, but there was one piece of information that I never saw anywhere. There is an area for children behind the bar with a crib, toys, colored pencils, and more. It's separated from the rest of the terminal so if you're kid is making a bit of noise you don't need to feel bad.

It's not amazing but it more than kept my daughter entertained. She was otherwise walking around and trying to pour those little bottles of nuts onto the floor..

Interestingly enough, only one of the two KSMLs I ordered showed up.

This was my first time flying F so I don't have what to compare to, but I found the service inside the FCT to be incredible. From the moment you first walk up and have 7 people all clamoring to take your bags, boarding passes, passports, and help you through security.. It was all I could do to keep a goofy grin off my face. Any time I asked for something they literally jumped and ran to take care of it.
