Gonna be flying TLV>FRA> MIA in F. Layover is about 2:20. Is that enough time to take in any of the FCT experience?

Should be enough to get some in.

Just go to the lounge near gate B21 absolutely no different than the FCT! (Ive personally been to both quite a few times.)

Being that your continuing on to MIA you will depart from a Z gate, you will therefore have limousine service to the plane from the B lounge as well.

This will save you the time and hassle of getting to the FCT (which you are bound to get lost if you have never been.) while not compromising one iota. This way you would have alot more time to actually enjoy the amenities, and not waste that time roaming the airport.  Just ask your driver that picks you up from the plane, to take you to the B lounge. (they wont take you to the FCT.)

I challenge anyone that has been to both to tell me where I am mistaken

If you are landing in or connecting in F on LH or LX and are stopping at a remote stand then they will pick you up and take you to the FCL

Same as the B terminal, and the FCT!

They just don't have limousine service to the aircraft from there though.

I was there today, was sent there by mistake (the reports here are correct, the people in the airport are pretty clueless about these things). I didn't venture very far inside before they sent me on to B, but it didn't look like the same kind of decor and ambiance as the B lounge at all. I may have gotten an incomplete impression though.

Honestly, I haven't spent too much time there myself. But the impression I got from the few minutes I was there, at least decor wise, was pretty much the same as I've experienced at the B lounge, and FCT.

I believe you only get a car if you park in a remote stand. CMIIW

Probably doesn't hurt to request.
A few months back, I requested a car and didn't get it.....

If you arrive at a remote stand & are flying on a F itinerary (Arriving F or departing F), you should be picked up with a car automatically.

You never have to request a car! If you park at a remote stand, (arriving from PRG I'm pretty sure you do) and are continuing in F, they will pick you up.

I have never heard of requesting a car, they either pick you up, or they don't.

Who did you call to request? What was your reason for calling?
