after reading so many posts on this thread I see the majority votes that there isn’t a big difference between FCL and FCT.

Re: Guaranteed Chauffeur, very simple to check in advance which terminal your flight will be departing from, and would therefore be guaranteed from B as well.

To take you to the exit so u can walk to the FCT. They won't drive you there.

Not sure why you think you're getting car from plane. That only happens when you're arriving plane gets assigned to a remote stand, something which is far from guaranteed.
