It takes less then 15 minutes to get to FCT and once you are there you also get picked up and escorted to the plane. The answer is yes.

You get escorted to the plane from the B lounge as well.

I've been there quite a few times! as well have been to the B lounge, and the difference is very minimal if at all.

Although to be fair, if your flight is leaving from a B gate you will not get driven to the plane (HT AJK), as opposed to the FCT.

Terminal 1 gate C13. (which means you should get driven from the B lounge if that's your question)
