looking for a good lawyer

I need help finding a good lawyer. Brooklyn area preferred. Please don't reply with names that you heard etc... only personal experiences.

1. need someone that is interested in a small business claim.
2. someone that charges only if he succeeds.
3. s/o that will charge percentage, not a flat rate fee.
