Is it worth it to keep the southwest cc open even though they don't want to do anything about the $69 annual fee?
Do I gain anything by keeping it open?

Friend of mine called up Chase for united CC about a month after he applied and they offered him 15000 miles to keep it open.

Called up amex about the $175 fee on my prg card, after much pleading I was offered $75 credit or 10000 mr, naturally I took the mr,
Now if I close the card in a month they won't claw it back right?

Not really retention, but couldn't find a referral bonus thread.

My bro just applied for the CSP and was approved, and I'd been getting referral links from Chase the last few months about the card. I didn't mention the link to my bro when he applied, but I asked Chase if they could give me a referral bonus anyway (I'd been talking to my family about CCs and Chase specifically for a few months). I just got back a second SM saying:

They never budged for me. Had 3 legit cases
