AU spending should trigger both bonuses just like spending on AU triggers the parent bonus and AU bonus when signing up for the 150K+10K offer

I reached 10K spending including some 35% AmEx travel bookings, should I be concerned for clawback since the charges are actually being credited ?

2 Citi premier's got $95 fee back +1k pts after spending 1k/month over 3m (but can do it faster also)

I have a bit of a situation, advice needed.

My Business Platinum has matured, so I called Amex to see if there was an offer available. I was chatting with the explaining that I would want to close my card since I wasn't getting much value.

Long story short, there was no offer available so I proceeded asking some questions. The call was disconnected before I finalized. Shortly thereafter, I got an email that my card was closed.

Now, I didn't truly want to close the card, I was planning on doing a product change. So I called Amex and asked if it could be reinstated. They said it could be done within 30 days but that I needed to pay off the balance first.

Here are my questions:
1. Once it gets reinstated, will I be charged the annual fee again?
2. If case I get charged again, will I receive a credit if I PC immediately?
3. How long does it typically take to reinstate?

Just a datapoint here , several years back I cancelled and reinstated & somehow they reversed the fee but never reinstated it & I basically got a year for free.
