@Dan Badatz paris now offers a halak beth yossef Hechsher. It’s written directly on the Certification.
You can have a regular certification or a halak one. Both are Beth Din( now Badatz) but it’s different than restaurant with regular Badatz serving halak meat.

Bassar ( Paris 17ème) is the first restaurant to have this certification.

Yup, I was there this past Monday, really impressed about the food and the service ! (less refined food than le kavod but worth it)

you have two one near the champs elysée and one near the trocadero

You have all kind of pasta, sandwichs, japanese, soup, quiche etc...
their pastries are made with butter and very good.

they just don't have a very large selection of traditional french bread (which you can find at Sar Eden (Bio) in the 19th

Le kavod is officially not glatt, but every time i go i ask the chef (John, or a waiter who asks him personally - but not the owner !...) which meat is glatt, usually the beef is allways.

They have regular Beth din but they sometimes has glatt meat. Veal is always glatt, but other meats are sometimes glatt but not always.

The thing is that glatt and halak Beth yossef have more restrictions on food than just meat. For example in France, when a restaurant is glatt they can’t serve certain type of fruits and vegetables. So it’s really just about meat but it’s more than that. I would need to check with a rabbi here to tell you exactly what’s different between Beth din and Beth din halak/glatt apart from meat.

Wouldn't that also be an issue with dairy restaurants?
But everyone seems to say beth din is fine for those?

That’s true so if Beth din halavi is ok for you then regular Beth din with glatt meat should be ok unless there is an issue with restaurant cooking both glatt and not glatt meat
