Similar thing happened to me.  I opened CContinental and United at the same time.  United they matched and Continental they said its more than 90 days.  I would say its shooting yourself in the foot.
Maybe they have a policy that they don't take back bonuses even if they screed up.

Maybe but don't think its worth the risk.  And what do you think the chances are that they will add it just because they already made a mistake?

That it shows that the who 90 day is just an excuse and you prove them wrong by showing how they matched you.

Update about this:
SM'd Chase for my 3 cards as well as my wife's 3 cards, I waited a few days to SM between each card, and the following was the response in a nutshell. Note that we got the cards more than 90 days by the time I SM'd.

Me:
1)-SM'd about SP for 75K.
-they replied that it was targeted.
-I argued that I gave them a TON of business.
-They replied that they would forward the request to the "appropriate department". They ultimately messaged me saying that the offer is not for all cardmembers.
2)-SM'd about IB for 60K.
-They replied that they only match within 93 days of opening and I was past that time.
3)-SM'd about UA for 55K and $50.
-They replied that they only match withing 90 days.

Wife:
1)-SM'd about SP for 75K.
-They replied that it was targeted.
-I argued that I gave them a TON of business.
-They replied that the offer is no longer available.
-I argued that Somebody at Chase over the phone told me that the 75,000 bonus points offer is good until May 31st.
-They replied 90 days and targeted.
2)-SM'd about IB for 60K.
-They replied 90 days.
3)-SM'd about UA for 55K and $50.
-They matched me! The $50 already posted, miles have to wait till statement closes. And Ironically the rep was Stephanie White, the same rep who told me no about my United card.

I hope others benefit somehow from my feedback. Now the BIG question: Should I reply now about IB arguing that they matched me on UA even past 90 days, or would I be shooting myself in the foot and causing them to take back the UA bonus?

Why don't you try a fresh round of SMs for the cards you got denied on, what have ya got to lose?

I have no problem doing that. The question is if I should back up my SM requests by mentioning the fact that they matched my wife's UA beyond 93 days. Will that help my case or will it risk me losing my wife's match bonus?

You can try another round, if they deny you again citing the 93 day clause, try saying you have a relative who applied the same time as you and got matched. You might not get anything, but it's worth a try IMHO (small effort for a lot of (potential) points).

Thanks. Are they able to see right away that I recently tried and was told no?

It probably depends where they look (and perhaps how the previous SM-rep notated your acct.)

About 3 weeks ago I requested to be matched to 55k+$50 for UA cc.

The $50 credit was applied instantly.  The statement closed last night and the bonus points didn't post yet.
How long does it take from when the statement closes till the miles actually show up in my UA account?

It can take a week. If the 50K is on the statement then don't worry.

I just checked online and it is indeed showing on the statement.  Thanx.

@Dan

Thanks for your post about the UA biz card.
Just over 3 months after applying for the 25k offer, I sm'd them, and they bumped it up to 50k, w/ no min spend req.
But they wouldn't match me with the 5k for an AU.

Didn't ask for the $50. I guess I should do that as well.
