Even if I were a fifth-year associate at a big firm, the salary would not be sufficient to provide for first and business class tickets for my honeymoon.

I'm more than happy to do my due diligence here on DDF and elsewhere to make $40,000+ in tickets into $300.

Despite Dan sometimes chomping at my bit, I do owe him hakaros hatov for the times he has offered good advice :)

Eh, I'm not sure too many associates would spend 30%+ of their after-tax salary on one pair of plane tickets. At least not those that deserve to be in big law :P
