USAirways Problem

what should i do??
I have booked on a US Air dividend mile award Envoy class ticket to Israel from PHL to TLV  returning on Swiss TLV-ZRH-BRU and the the next day BRU-EWR on continental,  the last leg was not availible in Bissiness so she booked me in coach.
now! the booking agent booked me in coach on continental a Y class ticket, when i enter the confirmation number online it shows ZRH-BRU-EWR of which the first part is in business and the second part in coach.
I was told by the US Air representative that Continental may not let me on the plane because it is booked wrong.
My question is should i request a upgrade based on the Y class ticket?? my concern is, that if somebody really looks into the booking they may pick up the mistake and void this trip

The question is, can they cancel my reservation once they realize that this is a mistake? (booked wrong) and not allow me to board the plane?
or is it all electronic?
and if that's the case when is the best time to request the upgrade?

Call them up, ask them for your Continental confirmation number, and see what happens when you punch in that number on Continental.com

once you are ticketed how can they change it....
are you an elite member with CO? why would they upgrade you just because you are a y fare???  try it at the gate... nothing to loose then
