Revitalizing this thread.
I made a transfer to Etihad from Marriot on the 3rd of June and over one week later did not arrive. I contacted the call center gave them cert #'s, they even sent an email but nothing doing, they told me to keep waiting. I contacted Twitter support and nothing doing. I finally reached out to them by email and 1 day later I had the points. Final transfer time is 17 days with effort.
