Color codes:
Green (7 programs): Never charges a fuel surcharge on their own or partner award tickets.

Red (8 programs): Always charges a fuel surcharge on award tickets, even on partners that normally don't charge a fuel surcharge.
Orange (21 programs): Unknown or incomplete info.

Star:
Adria: ???
Air Canada: Charges a fuel surcharge for flying on their own metal.  Does not charge a fuel surcharge for flying on partner airlines.
Note: If you fly on these carriers you will pay a fuel surcharge: Adria, Air Canada, ANA, Asiana, Austrian, LOT Polish, Lufthansa, TAP Portugal, and THAI.
If you fly on these carriers you will not pay a fuel surcharge: Aegean, Air China, Air New Zealand, Avianca/TACA, Brussels, Copa, Croatia, EgyptAir, Ethiopian, SAS, Singapore, South African, Swiss, TAM, Turkish, United, and USAirways.
Air China: ???
Air New Zealand: ??? (Does charge on own metal, unknown about partners)
ANA: Charges a fuel surcharge for their own and for partner flights except for when flying on select partners.

British Airways:Charges a fuel surcharge for their own and for partner flights except for when flying on select partners.
Note: BA charges a surcharge for travel on most partners, with the exceptions being Aer Lingus, Alaska, and LAN.  BA does not collect a fuel surcharge on AA flights that are wholly within the Western Hemisphere.

OP was pretty old, updated AA, AC, BA, DL, FB and deleted CO.

Anyone else have Korean miles?

Welcome. Not sure what you're asking, but if you want to see which airlines impose fuel surcharges, see page one of this thread.

If you want to know exact amounts, you'll have to make a dummy booking.

I was looking for the $$ amount and I didn't realize that it varies such that there is no table on it.

Would you know if I take an award with AA and part of the way involves CATHAY PACIFIC would I be charges a fuel surcharge from CP?

I just discovered that it appears that BA doesn't charge YQ on Qantas flights within Australia.

 I always fly ath-jfk-ath and the so called tax-fuel charge etc  in biz class was around $400.00 on a award tkt  a few months ago , it killed me when I knew that jfk-ath-jfk was costing next to nothing -- now trying to book my reg ath-jfk-ath and the fee is now on a award ticket  $758.00 --- I can go with BA( ath-lhr-jfk-lhr-ath) who has the reputation for being the  biggest gouger for"only" $ 600.00 in first class
