Funny, most times you can find availability on EK an JAL but not on AS, even ex-USA.
I've seen discussions on FT that AS may be blocking some EK availability. I'm unsure if that's still true, and if so, to what extent.

So everyone is talking about ANA, No YQ on UA and 68,000 miles JFK-GVE in business class is awesome, now if I wanna start maximizing the 4 stopovers, I will have to use LH or swiss etc..... To travel from London, Paris, and all other European cities where UA is not operating any flights, will I be slammed with YQ   because of these short haul flights?

Thanks AJK, you made my day. I thought that they always charge YQ once you're out of UA, so I really misunderstood whats the biggie with them allowing stopovers, now everything sounds great. I sure hope they are not next to come with a devaluation.

They do charge YQ but the charges are relatively light for the intra-europe flights.

can this be done to TLV?v
We may have the same question, but my question is, if USA to Europe is with UA, then from Europe to TLV is a different partner, will there still be no YQ? (or little YQ as per jaywhy)

Thought so but wasn't clear. That's why I asked. Thanx. What's the change of dates policy on a return ticket once the trip begins?

No changes allowed once the trip started,
At least that's what a (clueless ?) rep told me.
