He seems to ALWAYS be traveling.

I've often wondered, how does he travel so much (on points)?

Trust fund baby?
Massive CC spend?
AOR city?

What do you think?

Dunno about now but he was MRing 100's of 1000s of miles.
Add in CC sign up bonuses, cc spend and a few comped trips and it ain't that hard.

Check out Jonny Jet. Hes been flying since before it was cool...

Not his TRs but yes. He used fly many weekends coast to coast just for the miles...

Well, I guess that answers it. Pretty amazing how much he travels.

I mean, he's at the point where he's paying more points to experience products he hasn't yet had the opportunity to fly in order to deliver original engaging content. Awesome.

More is relative. He's not flying to/from anywhere for a specific purpose so its not really what we would call more when trying to travel from A to B.

But yeh, pretty cool.

So now you wanna a be a full time first class flyer together with Maldivian resort stayer, huh?

My point was that AA miles cant be used to fly on SQ F and being that he's goal is not to get from A to B but rather fly SQ F, its not more miles for the same thing, its just different.
But I get the point that he isnt taking the cheapest way back.

Id say time more then anything is what restricts more people from doing the same.

In truth, Im more fond of the amount of places visited.
But cant say Id choose all my destinations by what planes flew there. I mean who goes to Doha?

Either would I, but once you've pretty much been everywhere (like him), the task becomes flying all the different products to get to the places you've already been

Or, in my case, to fly the best planes to the destination I want to go to taking into account resources and time.

To my knowledge none of the big bloggers have been to BOB, but at least a few have been to MLE. Interesting tidbit.
