Other forums (FT) are reporting that bec the hotel isn't so busy (yet) they were upgraded to a sunset OWV. YMMV but as it looks, there are no guaranteed benefits.

I'm at St. Regis now. Full details to come in a trip report but anyone that's coming before I get to that, do not get a villa on the north side. We had room 523- the sun rises on the right and sets on the left. There's never a point during the day where your whole deck is in the sun and since the pool is mostly covered (with cameras?), it never gets sun on the north side. We moved to a room on the east side so we'll see how the sunrise treats us. But so far, this place is incredible. Better than the pictures and TripAdvisor reviews that you see.

Idk of what you're comfortable with acc to halacha but the chef here told us he has a set of pots/pans on the side that are kosher and cooks witg them for kosher people in a separate kitchen  - seems like they are dairy but we didn't go full details yet. Going to speak to the chef tonight to decide how he's going to cook the red snapper we got on the sunset fishing :) full details in TR

It depends on what they serve. If they cut the fruit with a random knife from the kitchen or have a special fruit cutting station.

At the W they brought us a special fruit tray with lots of whole fruits to the bungalow every morning.
