Eh, I get it. To some people a beach is a beach. Simplicity is key for them. I don't agree with it but I understand where they're coming from.

Kinda reminds of a friend who was having doubts about getting married and his future father in law told him "A wife is like a chair. Sometimes a chair is very comfortable, other times not so much. But in the end, they're all just chairs."

:) i think its part of the vacation experience having everything set uo for you instead of having to work to prepare for your vaca.

Keep fighting the good fight for a quality vacation without cooking and ignore all these dudes giving you Mussar and no info!   :P   Yes, the Conrad has Australian Kosher Meals for about $40 a piece but when I went they only had vegetarian options because of some issue with customs and this supplier not being approved for meat, and since we were routing through Singapore we got meals from the restaurant there.

If you read my and @BarryLincoln 壮 Trip reports, you値l see that the chef there is insanely knowledgeable about kashrut and will bend over backwards to make whatever you want (omelets at breakfast, you check the egg and light the flame). He値l let you check the hechsher on lox and open you a new package.  He値l cut you some killer sashimi, avocado and cucumber or he値l double wrap you some fish and potatoes (he値l let you inspect the scales and pick which fish you want) or honestly whatever else you can come up with.  He just charged us for 吐ish of the day off the menu, also around $45.

You are going to have the time of your life!!

Why don't you order from one of the caterers in Jerusalem?
They don't specifically do frozen meals but at least you know that the food is good. There's a whole bunch of home caterers in Jerusalem area.
It's super easy to pack a cooler and put some ice packs into it.

I'm looking to do the Conrad from TLV. What's the best routing? I see Aeroplan, m&m UA an AA all have great prices for J/F. I was hoping Cathay, but there seems to be absolutely no availability tlv-hkg. Also the timing is weird.

I haven't really tried premium products before, so for such cheap rates, I'd rather try something more luxurious.
