Probably going for the conrad bec we need a confirmed upgrade to 2 BR OTW.

Conrad says best they can do for upgrade is $ 875.00 plus 10% service charge and 12% GST per night : to a 02 Bed Room Grand Water Villa. After negotiations. (wiki reads 720)

hearing reports that at the SR they're being strict about bringing your own kosher meals.
any reports on the WA doing the same?

what about the Ritz? has anyone been yet? waiting for  a kosher TR

I知 looking to book a trip to Maldives for wife, and 3 kids under 12. I知  willing to pay 400-500  a night. If I search including my kids I知 only shown the larger more expensive rooms. Anyone with experience renting for a party of 3 and bringing a party of 5? I have done this in other places but the boat transfer complicates things a bit. In addition I appreciate any advice Re 5star resorts  with good prices and cheaper transfer options.

Why the Maldives? Much less expensive places which are more appropriate for kids

Renting for less people and showing up with more is not an option!  They won稚 honor your original booking if more people.

Going to Maldives with 3 kids at that price range may not be the wisest option. Other thing to keep in mind is food, and the practicality of heating up Kosher food for 5 ppl etc

Been there with one child, wouldn稚 go with more.. For families, may want to consider Thailand (not sure if open at the moment) but with their activities would be a lot more enjoyable for family

Does anyone have any idea what the current policy regarding Kosher food at the Conrad Maldives is?

I知 going soon (booked ages ago) and am a little concerned about all these new COVID policies, and them telling me that I can稚 bring my own food, so I don稚 even want to ask and alarm them.

Has anyone asked them recently and have input?

Thank you!!
