No kosher restaurants
Many hotels can source frozen kosher food at exorbitant prices.
Most hotels would store your food, and offer to reheat it for you at a cost (like Waldorf Astoria).
I don't know one that is openly against - at some point there were rumors that St Regis was no longer willing to store food but I don't have first hand confirmation

We are going to the W Maldives and they told us they wouldn't warm our food.  Didn't ask about storage as am coming with a cooler and hot logic.  Food is availably but very pricey ($15 for Cheerios, plus 10% tip and 12% tax).  Entrees range from $45 for pasta and sauce to $60-80 for chicken, beef, and lamb.  Mostly bringing food but will splurge on some nights.  I don't know about the accuracy of this list but it is a place for you to start:

Not sure if it was mentioned before but The ritz has a full kosher menu
