Hey Dan,

Can you recall the fridge size in their rooms? They no longer allow guests to store food outside rooms, and do not supply additional refrigerators. They claim they are anlso offering meals at Alba and in-villa dining with certified ingredients and separate equipment and process in the Alba restaurant kitchen. Curious if you've come across any recent insights about their claimed kosher offering? The ability to serve as ones own mashgiach sounds like they’ve been through this a number of times.

“Kosher food preparation at The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort:
 
To ensure food safety by temperature controlled supply delivery and to avoid any risk of contamination to hotel supply by non-recognized sources. Therefore, our guests can’t bring their own Kosher foods to our resort.
 
We do not have a Kosher kitchen on the island however, we have separate equipment and procedures in place to meet Kosher requirements ensuring the highest standards for Kosher food.
 
•  Dubai airport, where the final check of our kosher products happens is certified by the Orthodox Union, which is the highest authority, our products 100% conform the kosher standards.
•  Alba kitchen is our unique venue with a dedicated section for Kosher preparations, different equipment, different fridges. In addition, the guest can see live the whole process if they wish to.
•  We do have a menu dedicated for Kosher, however we always meet the guest and together we decide their meals daily. Every guest has a special experience, and a special interaction with the Chef.
•  We don’t accept any food that would be brought in by the guests even if it is to be kept in the fridge. We also do not provide an additional fridge in the villa."

Any suggestions for finding WA standard redemption nights? Looking for late 2024 but everytime they release new dates I seem to miss the standard redemption...

In not, guess I go back to the Conrad (which was AMAZING when I went during COVID in 2020)

It's time consuming. You need to look for patterns
Historically they had been releasing a few weeks at a time, 12 months out. When I used to.monitor inventory it was happening on Sunday mornings Israel time. It might have changed. But BH I managed to snag 2x 7 nights in the past 2 years.

You also have sites like rooms.aero or maxmypoints where you can set alerts, but it's not real time.
