Personally I recommend you get Hilton free night certificate. It's more economical than points imho

amex points can be quite lucrative here, 60k per night to get a 2k+ room per night... i would not over look that considering you need to spend a lot on a hilton card to get anywhere near the same amount of points to cover the room.

I hear you. And also sometimes you have a transfer bonus from amex to Hilton.

Earlier this year there was a promo on a Hilton business card with a FNC at opening, plus another one at $15k spend alongside with 180k Hilton points sub, for $99 fee.

The main issue with FNC is that since basic award are usually so rare, by the time you call Hilton to book the rooms with the FNC the award is gone. That's why I always booked this property on points.

But when you have wide open inventory like now, it even pays to buy FNC here. ~$250 is more worthwhile than 60k amex imho

Quick comparison between the WA and the ritz, if anyone knows?

And what’s the kosher food situation at the WA?
Thanks

You can preorder very expensive food from Australia.

Or they will store your food in fridge / freezer. They can reheat the food for a fee, or you can bring a hotlogic.

They can provide new pans / pots upon request. We did that daily. They were ok with me watching them cook omelettes etc in my pans for breakfast.

They have kosher wine available as diamond welcome gift, and also available to purchase

I was told I can make a booking on fnc for dates that are available  for 150k and then call up to switch it to the dates that work for me. does anyone know how should I do this should I call Hilton directly or should I call the hotel?

Any OWB (don't see a decent way of booking it currently), trying to help a friend. I happen to have WA OWB for 3/17 - 3/20 that I do not plan on using if anyone wants it.

WA MLE is 510 per night subject to 10% service charge and 16% goods and taxes FYI

FYI most people prefer the reef villa over the OWV at the WA. Many pages dedicated to that question on flyer talk  :)
