most don't have glass floors I believe and the shore distance seems relatively standard.

another thing to consider is that this place will have spoiled kids running around, though the 2br suite looks tempting if u can bring the kids and all the food at a decent rate...

Honestly all the basic overwater bungalows at PH or Conrad aren't so private either if neighbors want to snorkel in front of your unit so this looks comparable with NO upgrade fee. If you want more privacy take the $$$ you would have spent upgrading elsewhere and splash out for the Sunset villa or do an excursion to a private island!

Pools look pretty private.

Only issue here is being surrounded by DDF'ers on both sides

Then again, it'll make putting up the Eruv on Friday a lot easier!!!
