A relative of mine is traveling to the SR in 2 weeks, they told him about a kosher menu that they have.

Anyone with experience? Is this reliably kosher? anything i am missing?

I attached some screenshots of the communications and the menu;

Are all pools the same size?
100% fully private?

I believe so unless you go for the pricier OWB.

As private as most the other OWB are. Someone can always swim/snorkel in front of your OWB and see you…

Yes, I was there a couple months ago, and they tried really hard to get us to eat from their kosher menu. Butler set up a meeting with the chefs, who gave us a tour of the kitchen etc. They have a cabinet with supposedly kosher dishes that are only used for kosher food. They do have kosher meat/poultry as well, seemed to have a good hechsher. Also have separate salt/oil/spices in the cabinet, and a kosher-only induction burner, and they have the guest turn it on. But who knows what actually happens with the dishes/spices/etc. when no one is watching. I imagine it may be different if everything was new. I'm sure it works for some people; they told us they cook kosher pretty much every week. They also have options for shabbos, when they know we can't turn on the burner for them.
They did have a bottle of kosher wine for us on arrival (instead of their standard champagne), which we saved for shabbos.

All thing considered the Kosher Menu looks pretty reasonably priced. If they use new pots/pans and plates/cutlery, I wouldn't mind overseeing the cooking and eating there.
Now I just need to find the time to go and the award flights and nights to open.........

Any issues recently with bringing in kosher food to MLE? Was the restriction earlier this year by the hotel or Maldives?

Wow that’s impressive! After staying at both St Regis and WA I don’t think I would have been able to fit 6 days worth of food in the small mini fridge they give.
