BBM channels is pretty interesting. I can see this being useful once bbm goes cross platform. Dan could create a channel to post deals on and ppl can discuss the deals right there in the chat. For certain purposes it can be better than twitter.

I was thinking of this this-morning, I subscribed to Michael Clewley's channel. Its very cool.

yeah, i saw that on cb, i subscribed to a couple of channels just to see what its like and I created a channel too. very impressed with it so far

Yup. Its deff very cool.

I created my own channel too.

Very good way to share info, deals, updates with followers in a non annoying way. (I hate twitter and the like)

I think, BB should keep the feature of creating a channel exclusive to BB users (once they go cross platform)

That would be interesting but would limit the growth potential which right now I see as very high

Got it to work I had to take out the sim and set up with wifi now that it's set up bbm and email's work without the BlackBerry package.

Sorry for jumping in . Are you saying you can get BIS for email without paying in foreign countries when you are using a SIM card GSM function

I have sprint in NYC and don't suspend my plan when I am traveling in Europe for 3 months , just so I can have emails pushed to me .

Can I suspend Sprint service , and still get emails via Wifi using BIS or whatever pushing mail ?
Want to get the Q10 when it comes out

Most people on Verizon who were waiting for the Q10 will be getting delivery over the next few days. Please share you opinions, experiences, pros and cons. Was it worth the wait or is this the final straw pushing you to the Iphone or Android?
