How about renting golf carts in Coronado? Worth doing for an hour or two?

Is it worth to fly in to SNA instead of SAN to save a few bucks?

Let's put it this way if there's kosher food and to do in Santa ana it may be interesting to add a part of the itinerary
Jews ≠ Zionists
Palestinians ≠ Hamas
Satmar ≠ SatmarHQ

Hilton mission bay is nice too

BTW I do think Hyatt has a beach accessible but off property.

Are you looking for a points redemption?  Depending in the season you can get NYOP for $90

It has beautiful grounds, nice pool area with slides, and you have the basic water sports. You need to make sure that the room is in the tower, the other rooms are pretty old.

There is no beach.

If cash is an option try Name Your Own Price $90 you will likely get the Hilton
keep in mind hotel fees + parking which you'll pay either way

The Hilton has but it's a public beach.

The Paradise point should have a beach but the cheap rooms are pretty run down.
