Was there recently.  Small pizza shop/ cafe.  Food was pretty good.  Tends to get very busy during peak hours but service ok.  Nice outdoor seating options.

Going to be up in Coronado in July.  How far is it from Coronado to these kosher " restaurants"?  On Google maps it's telling me  about a half hour.  Is that accurate?
Also was anyone ever in Loews  in Coronado?  Looks stunning.

30 min is about right. I stayed in the Loews Coronado around 4 years ago with no complaints. Nice clean hotel with a good pool and close walk to the beach.

New kosher market called "Emet Kosher Market" with a new meat restaurant inside called "The Grille" should be added to the wiki.

IMHO, no. Sam Diego is nice but there's too much to see in Yosemite and LA to justify SD too all within 5 days.

Seeing waterfalls and hiking. Depending on how much you like hiking, Half Dome is supposed to be amazing. I haven't done it personally, but it's so impressive it made it on the state quarter.
