If you take a look at the map I have been putting together it seems that in La Jolla there are a couple of hotels not far (and within the eiruv) from Adat Yeshurin

There is a Ralph's in La Jolla with a full kosher service deli and bakery. Or you can maybe call the shul and see if they can set up meals for you?

Marrriott Residence In La Jolla is the way to go. Its a 10 to 15 minute walk (up hill) to Adat Yeshurin and within the Eruv. The rooms have a kitchen and you can buy everything at Ralphs, a 2 minute drive. We were there for 6 days and stayed there the whole time. They have an amazing free breakfast with many choices if you eat chalav stam. We even took lunch for our trips from there and it saved us a lot of money. All the attractions are an easy drive from there and its about 15 minutes to downtown.

No elevators. Room keys IIRC correctly are electronic, but just tape them up
