Apple 4 from Sprint - Support Options
« on: May 01, 2012, 06:56:53 PM »
I am looking into getting the Iphone 4 from Sprint.

I am considering getting AppleCare as I tend to have bad luck with any tech device I get and could use the extra peace of mind.

As I'm sure everyone here knows, Sprint themselves absolutely has the worst customer service EVER!! ( I am stuck with them for technical reasons)

Anyways, my question is:

Is it worth it to get Applecare or is that a benefit I would get anyways by using an Amex card to pay the $100 (Iphone 4 cost with 2 year plan) to Sprint?

Is it easier to deal with Apple directly or Amex?

Any advice, opinions, etc.. would be greatly appreciated!
