I don't want to start a flame war, but well done defrauding the Israeli government, chuchem. Can we guess how many issurim that entails?

Let's start
1. דינא דלמלכותא דינא
2. מדבר שקר תרחק (twice, if i understand correctly)
3. got kids? then you're also עובר on חינוך
4. there are probably a whole bunch more because it's the Israeli (Jewish) government...

I'm as much for getting a good deal as the next guy, but that's really ridiculous...

As for taking the car out of the country, i was told that the car has to leave the country by sea, so taba/jordan is not an option, gotta put it on the ferry to cyprus...but that information might be out of date.

Your understanding of Judaism and Halacha is elementary at best.

Reopening a old topic. I'm slowly getting into the situation that I will probably be buying a car. Would love a minivan. I'm fully Israeli no Aliyah benefits any more. Is importing a car from the states a way to save money? I understand there are costs involved, but it might be worth it . This is not with a student visa.
Moving back your family to the USA might be cheaper than the taxes you’re gonna be paying for importing a car around 120%. Israel is a socialist country after all.

Any updates on extending the allowed time for students for cars older than 4 years? I would like to bring in a new car, but have it renewed if/ when I renew my student visa ends.

I only know of 2. 1 has not gotten back to me and the other charges a very high service fee + higher price for the car. That's why I'm trying to figure out how to do it on my own.
