$1700/ft (on 6,500 sf) on construction and furniture sounds like a lot.

Could be a big factor why they put in so much into the lounge once the SAS lounge across the hallway turns into Skymiles all the Star Alliance customers will be using only Lufthansa

There is the air France lounge in E, nothing special though.
