There is an AMEX lounge in terminal 2. It's small,not amazing but does the job. Their are also a few computers.
You can also get in like I did with a lounge club card if you have an Ink cc.

Thanks! In the lounge now, used my Amex plat to get in, saving my lounge card for Dan when we are in TLV. Like you said nothing major but for the 4 hr layover it does the trick

You have 1 in T1, two in T4, 1 in T5 etc.

Delta, but only if you are flying Delta.

Do you have any lounge passes? If not I'm afraid to tell you,but your out of luck. Start opening cc's

If you really are desperate you can hang around the lounge and try to get in as a guest with someone else.

These are the lounges that you will get in with AP. Which terminal will you be flying from?

With Platinum you have Delta and Airspace. With PP you have KAL and Wingtips.

so is airspace, wingtips or KAL an option from JFK. are they better than Delta?

You can buy a one day pass. I think it's $50 PP

As mentioned, hanging around outside the lounge and finding someone to guest you in is cheaper.

aren't there better lounges than United in JFK? I thought amex platnium gets you in to the best lounges
