I had three passes and they wouldn't let my second child in. He's 3. Its one pass per person.

Call Amex and ask for your membership number, should be enough for most lounges. Once you have your membership number you can call PP and ask for the pin and then you can create a login and access your digital card.

After I submitted for it on Amex website 48 hours later I called PP and they gave me my membership number and Pin and then I used the IOS app to login to the app and get in.

Can you go from gate A28 (concourse 2) to the Admiral Lounge in concourse A3 without going through security?
