I'm flying tlv to jfk via zrh,can I get a bed to sleep  in  for my 4 hrs layover  or just  a shower ? (I'm flying  biz)

No beds in the J lounge.

But if you can somehow get yourself into the F lounge, there they have Gorgeous hotel rooms (bed, desk, bathroom, shower,) which they call "day rooms".

I was there this Friday morning and I got in without them asking me for flight details, but I don't know if that's the official rule.

Meh...
A small tiny lounge not too fancy although it can be quite if you go early.
Kosher food: they have cold tuna/egg wraps and cut up fruit with hechsher from vaad Flatbush or somthing like that. There might be more but I didn't fully explore.

Not sure, I have never been. But I'm sure it would tell you on the website.

ETA: As per the website, it seems GVA does not even have showers.
