Nothing special but its better than sitting at the gate for 3 hours...
They don't always have towels for the shower.

I’m pretty sure it wasn’t here before, but the Plaza Premium lounge was not far at all from the E gates, and had a fantastic shower.

Nothing there. You get access to Dan lounge (no shower) for departures on the way out of Israel.

On the topic, you reminded me, that Dan lounge (I don't remember which Concourse it was) renovated pretty nicely & it was very spacious & not crowded at all when I visited last in September.
