Didn't taste the chicken, but the Salisbury steak was not bad. Pretty small, but hot and somewhat tasty. The potatoes were bland and I didn't even bother with the peas and carrots. The waitress was more than happy to bring me a second one and was quite familiar with the kosher rules as far as serving goes. The ambiance is also quite nice.

Overall not a bad way to spend some time on a layover, but I'd consider the food more a snack than a meal.

Any Dp's re: cancelled Amex for Delta lounge at LGA.

As a side question-- on what does it depends whether or not the agents allow access into the lounge with a cancelled Amex? I mean, if they have a way to confirm the validity of the card, then I imagine that they all would. Or is it just that some agents are too lazy to swipe and check? Seems unlikely considering how strict they are with everything else.

BP doesn't allow anyone but the cardholder into DL lounges.

GVA lounge Winner is Dnata Skyview lounge.
Followed by the Swiss Business Lounge.
Than KLM/AF lounge.
And last the Horizon lounge.

Has anyone been to the AAdmirals Club in JFK T8 (the one closer to security) recently (post renovations)?
How does it compare with the one on the other side of the terminal?
Is it worth schlepping to the other side for a few minutes visit?
